Payment and Cancellation Guidelines



PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS CHANGES DUE TO CORONAVIRUS ACTIVITY

Effective 3/16/20, our normal payment terms of, FULL PAYMENT WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE EVENT, will be modified to FULL PAYMENT WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE EVENT.  In addition, if an event is cancelled, or a traveler chooses to delay travel activity, all payments made to date, will be credited to one of our many, existing tours scheduled for a later date or credit will be given to your account for use on any forthcoming tour.  This policy is temporary and is designed to protect the overall integrity of the Travel and Tour industry during Governmental concerns over the Coronavirus.  This adjustment does not affect international travel.

Payment:

Payment for any of our tours is expected in our office no later than (60) sixty days prior to tour departure. If the tour departs within (60) sixty days of booking payment is due within (10) days of booking reservation.

We accept all major credit cards at no additional cost up to $1000.  Credit card charges over $1000 will be assessed a Credit Card Company process charge of 2.5% at time of payment.

Transportation:

Transportation on all of our tours is based on the provision of a 47-56 passenger motor coach.

Occasionally due to limited participation in a particular tour it will be necessary to reduce the size of our transportation equipment to a 15 passenger van. Although our vans are very comfortable they are not restroom equipped. Customers will be notified of any change in transportation equipment prior to the tour. No tour cost adjustment will be made as a result of equipment modification.

Cancellations:

Occasionally it is necessary to cancel a tour due to lack of customer interest and participation.

Customers will be advised of tour cancellations no later than one week prior to the tour date.

Occasionally an event will be cancelled or delayed by the promoter, this happens primarily due to inclement weather. In this case we will work with the promoters within their cancellation, or raincheck policy. Usually the promoter will issue a “raincheck” to be used for a future event. If a customer cannot attend the rain date the cost of the event will be forfeited by the customer. If the motor coach leaves its terminal and the event is cancelled in route no refunds can be made and the promoter’s cancellation policy will apply

One day tours:  No refund within (14) fourteen days of tour date. Passenger needs to find own replacement.
Multiple day tours:  Refunds (30) thirty days before tour date. No refunds within (29) twenty nine days of tour date. Passenger needs to find own replacement.
