DESCRIPTION:				We have had a number of our theatre goers suggest we include the Fireside Theatre on our itinerary.  We have chosen a wonderful musical presentation – “Back to the 50′s”  that will appeal to both young and old.Come with us as we pay tribute to the most exciting musical decade of them all! The decade that brought us TV dinners\, hula hoops\, quiz show scandals\, talk show legends\, and the birth of Rock and Roll. Continuing the tradition of the Fireside’s wildly popular band shows\, BACK TO THE FIFTIES will thrill and delight audiences of all ages. Our Fireside band featuring Steve Watts will bring you the music and the fun from such artists as Jerry Lee Lewis\, Buddy Holly\, Little Richard\, Patsy Cline\, Nat King Cole\, Ricky Nelson\, Johnny Mathis\, The Everly Brothers\, and much\, much more!\n  \nOur Featured Menu\nSignature Salad\nWatermelon\, Cantaloupe\, Honeydew\, Kiwi\, Strawberries\, and Oranges over Fresh Garden Greens\, sprinkled with Sesame Croutons and our Famous Papaya Chutney Dressing.\nFreshly Baked Breads from our Artisan Bakery\n \nBeef and Bird\nA Beef Short Rib slowly braised in beef stock and dressed with a red wine demi-glaze\, accompanied by Chicken Monterey; a skinless Breast of Chicken\, dipped in egg\, lightly breaded with Panko Crumbs\, sauteed to a golden brown\, topped with a blend of Spinach\, Artichoke\, Parmesan\, Monterey Jack and Cream Cheese\, finished with Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese and presented on an Irish Mustard Sauce. Served with Cipollini Onions\, Whipped Idaho Potatoes with Garlic and Herbed Cheese\, and sauteed Brussel Sprouts with Jones Bacon.\n \nPecan Turtle Ball Sundae\nHomemade Vanilla Bean Ice Cream rolled in Roasted Ground Pecans served on Chocolate Sauce and striped with Caramel. Garnished with an Almond Lace Wand dipped in Chocolate.\n \nCoffee\, Tea and Milk\n  \nAbout the Fireside\nSince 1964\, The Fireside Dinner Theatre in Fort Atkinson\, Wisconsin has been the premiere entertainment destination in the Midwest for superb musicals featuring Broadway performers\, fine dining\, and boutique shops in a one-of-a-kind setting. Consistently named as a top destination for travel tours across the United States\, The Fireside is owned by the Klopcic family\, who were awarded the distinction of “America’s Best Restaurant Family” by Jones Dairy Farm and the Culinary Institute of America in 2006.\nTransportation will be provided by Luxury Motor Coach equipped with Restroom\, DVD\, Wi-Fi\, and AC Outlets.  Aboard will be our traditional “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere” refreshment cart to serve both adult and soft tastes.\n  \nItinerary\n7:30 AM – Depart Sam’s Club parking lot behind Burger King.
