For those who have previously enjoyed the spirit of Branson during the Christmas season and for those that have not yet had the experience, it is well known the Christmas season is when Branson is in full swing with world class entertainment and area decorations.By popular request we have designed a CHRISTMAS SHOW TOUR that we strategically positioned on the calendar to coincide with the best Branson has to offer and will get everyone in the holiday spirit just prior to Thanksgiving when things start to wind up for the holidays at home.

Monday, November 4, 2019
 
7:00 AM – Depart Cedar Rapids Sam’s Club behind Burger King
Coffee, rolls and refreshments of choice on board. Additional pick up locations available in route.
 
10:00 AM – Brunch at Fiddlestiks Restaurant, Hannibal MO. On your own.
 
5:00 PM – Check in at Grand Oaks Hotel
All Non Smoking Hotel! Complimentary Hot Breakfast, Interior Corridors, Elevator, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Jacuzzi Whirlpools, Sun Deck, Exercise Room, Guest Laundry, Conference, Hospitality Rooms.

Gift of Lights is Branson’s premiere drive-through all-LED Christmas Light display. See some of your favorite displays, such as the 12 Days of Christmas, Noah and the Ark, or the Christmas Tree Forest as well as new patriotic displays and The North Pole Village.

10:00 AM  – 12:00 PM –  Yakov Smirnoff
Yakov Smirnoff, the famous Russian comedian, returns to Branson! Fresh from touring the world and with plenty of new material from politics Yakov says, “It’s time to Make America Laugh Again!” Yakov delivers huge laughs and funny lines while sharing unique insights into life in these United States, goes “From Red to Redneck”, gives a heart-felt salute to Lady Liberty, and more. When Yakov says, “What A Country!” You’ll feel like standing and cheering for the Red, White, and Blue! The show also includes a celebration of New Year’s Eve Russian style.

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Daniel O’Donnell Holiday
Christmas with Daniel features the Irish heartthrob singing Christmas favorites including “White Christmas”, “Merry Christmas to You” and countless other holiday songs. Daniel is joined on stage by his co-star Mary Duff, his fabulous band, and wonderful local choirs. Most of the show is filled with traditional Christmas songs. Daniel also celebrates the “family spirit” of the holidays with a joyous trip to the Alps where you’ll hear “The Sound of Music” as Daniel and Mary and a troupe of children bring the Vonn Trapp family to life on stage.

8:00 PM – 10:00 PM – The Dutton Family Christmas Show
See the nationally televised holiday show with The Duttons! This show features old and new favorites celebrating the holiday season. The Duttons are international touring and recording artists who perform bluegrass to classical music and everything in between. Their show features a variety of instruments, including violin, guitar, bass, viola, banjo, mandolin, keyboard, harmonica, and drums, among others. With thirty-one years of experience, and just about as many kids between them, they rock the stage with a variety of genres.

11:00 AM – College Of The Ozarks – Campus Student Guided Tour
A student guide will be waiting for us upon arrival on the campus. The tour includes visiting the Williams Memorial Chapel, Greenhouses, Mill, and the Fruitcake and Jelly Kitchen.
 
12:00 PM – Keeter Center Lunch . College Of The Ozarks
Braised Beef Pot Roast slow cooked with rich Brown Sauce and served with Sautéed Campus Green Beans and Creamy Mashed Potatoes, House-made Rolls, and Whipped Butter, Served with Chef’s Choice of Dessert, Coffee, Iced Tea
 
3:30 PM – 5:50 PM  “ Miracle Of Christmas” Sight and Sound Theater
Follow the journey of Mary and Joseph and witness the miraculous birth of the Savior, Jesus Christ. This show is a spectacular celebration of the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons and takes you on a nostalgic musical journey. From the back street studio in New Jersey where it all began, this vibrant production includes all of The Four Seasons’ greatest hits and so much more. The production features an award winning cast of singers, dancers and unique stage sets. The second half of the show will also include a seasonal touch for the holiday.

7:00 AM – Bags out of room for loading and Departure
8:30 AM – Load Bus and depart for Cedar Rapids. Multiple rest stops in route.
5:30 PM – Arrive at Sam’s Club Cedar Rapids
6:30 PM – Call all of your friends that did not make the trip and tell them what a great time you had.
